3. When the workpiece is too high, it should be thickened with knives of different lengths in layers.

4. After opening the rough with a large knife, use a small knife to remove the remaining material to ensure that the balance is consistent before the knife.

5. Flat bottom knife machining, less ball knife machining to reduce processing time.

6. When the copper worker clears the corner, first check the size of the corner ER, and then determine how big ball knife to use.

7. The four corners of the calibration plane should be flat.

8. Where the slope is integer, apply the slope knife to machine, such as the pipe position.

15. Establish a sense of responsibility and carefully check each parameter to avoid rework.

16. Be diligent in learning, good at thinking, and constantly improving. Milling non-planar, use more ball cutters, less end knives, do not be afraid to catch knives: small knives clear corners, large knives refinement; Don't be afraid of patching noodles, proper noodles can improve the processing speed and beautify the processing effect.

17. High hardness of blank material: good conventional milling
Low hardness of blank material: better climb milling
Machine tool has good precision, good rigidity, finishing: more suitable for climb milling, vice versa, more suitable for conventional milling
Climb milling is highly recommended for finishing in corners of parts
Rough machining: conventional milling is better
