Hardware processing methods do not have turning, milling, planing, grinding, tongs, stamping processing, casting and other methods.

1. 1. Sheet metal processing

2. CNC Machining

CNC is a cost-effective solution for machining parts with complex shapes and tight tolerances. CNC precision machining can machine almost any shape, as long as the rotating cutting tool can approach the material.

3. Turning

Turning processes include cutting, face, threading, forming, drilling, knurling and boring. For the machining of the surface of hardware parts, turning is usually a good choice if you want to have a precision bearing surface in a complex machine.

4. EDM

Wire EDM is a high-precision technology that can cut almost any conductive material. A thin charged EDM wire mounted between two mechanical rails forms one electrode, and the material being cut forms the other. The discharge between the two electrodes (wire and workpiece) creates a spark that cuts the material. Since the live conductor never touches the workpiece in EDM machining, the process can be used to manufacture very small and precise parts that require a level of precision and complexity that cannot be achieved with traditional machining.
