The processing of aluminum alloy parts can separate the rough machining of aluminum alloy from the finishing machining of aluminum alloy. After rough machining of aluminum alloy, the parts are heat-treated to fully release the cutting stress and residual heat, and then the aluminum alloy is finished, which will greatly improve the processing quality of the parts. 1. Types of processing technology for aluminum alloy parts:
1. Processing technology of aluminum alloy spare parts:
①Cnc Machining Parts Ordinary machine tools use turning, milling, planing, drilling, grinding, etc. to process mold parts, and then perform necessary repairs on the fitter to assemble various molds.
②Mold parts require high precision, and it is difficult to guarantee high machining accuracy only with ordinary machine tools, so precision machine tools are required for processing.
③In order to make the processing of the punch parts, especially the complex shape of the punch, the die hole and the cavity more automatic, and the repair work of the fitter more automatically, it is necessary to use CNC machine tools (such as three-coordinate CNC milling machines, machining centers, CNC grinding machines) etc.) to process molds.
2. Stamping process of aluminum alloy spare parts:
Punching processing refers to the forming process of relying on punches and dies to apply external forces to plates, slats, pipes, and profiles to cause plastic deformation or separation to obtain workpieces (stamping parts) of required shape and size. Stamping parts are the production process of using the power of conventional or special punching machines to directly deform the plate in the mold, and then deform it to obtain product accessories of a certain shape, size and performance. sheet. Dies and equipment are the three major elements of stamping processing. The stamping method is a processing method of metal cold deformation, so it is also called cold stamping or plate stamping, referred to as stamping. This is a major metal plastic processing method.
3. Casting processing of aluminum alloy parts:
Aluminum Die Casting belongs to the precision casting of special castings. Fittings obtained this way usually do not require machining. Such as investment casting, die casting, etc. Compared with traditional casting technology, investment casting is a casting method. This method can obtain a more accurate shape and improve the casting precision. The more general method is: first design and manufacture the mold according to the product requirements (leave little or no margin), cast wax to get the original wax mold by pouring method, and then paint repeatedly on the wax mold to form a hard shell, Dissolving the wax mold inside is to obtain the cavity for dewaxing; the shell is fired to achieve sufficient strength; the metal material for pouring; the sand is cleaned after shelling; high-precision finished products can be obtained. Heat treatment and cold processing are carried out according to product requirements.
4. Powder metallurgy of aluminum alloy spare parts:
Powder metallurgy is a technology that uses metal powder (sometimes with a small amount of non-metallic powder) to mix metal powder, shape it, and sinter it to make materials or products. There are two parts in it, namely:
(1) Manufacture of metal powder (also including alloy powder, hereinafter collectively referred to as "metal powder").
(2) Mix metal powder (sometimes with a small amount of non-metallic powder), shape it and sinter it to make a material (called "powder metallurgy material") or a product (called "powder metallurgy product").

5. Injection molding of aluminum alloy parts:
The solid powder and organic binder are evenly mixed, after being granulated, they are injected into the mold cavity with an injection molding machine in a heated and plasticized state (~150°C) to solidify, and then chemically or thermally decomposed into the molded body. The binder is removed, and then the product is obtained by sintering and densification. Compared with traditional technology, it has the characteristics of high precision, uniform structure, excellent performance and low production cost. Its products are widely used in electronic information engineering, biomedical equipment, office equipment, automobiles, machinery, hardware, sports equipment, clocks and watches, Industrial fields such as weapons and aerospace.
2. Aluminum alloy processing method:
Modern aluminum alloy processing methods include semi-finished aluminum alloy processing and finished aluminum alloy processing. How many ways are there for aluminum alloy processing?
There are three types of finished aluminum alloy processing:
1. Extrusion of aluminum alloy processing. We use the extrusion method to manufacture the mold, and the aluminum ingot is extruded through the mold through the compressor. We process the manufactured molds into small batches of aluminum alloys to meet customer needs.
2. Straightening of aluminum alloy processing. The straightness of aluminum alloy processing needs to be straightened by a straightener, which must meet the industry standard and meet the daily needs.
3. Post-oxidation treatment of aluminum alloy processing. After the aluminum alloy is tested and qualified, it is necessary to oxidize the aluminum alloy before it can be used, so that it is beautiful and resistant to corrosion and wear.
There are four types of processing of finished aluminum alloys:
1. Cutting of CNC Machining Aluminum Parts. We usually use a piece of aluminum profile, which is normally 6.02 meters, but in actual production and application, it is necessary to combine various aluminum alloy length specifications, and it is necessary to cut on demand to ensure the cutting length and accurate cutting of aluminum alloy.
2. Drilling for aluminum alloy processing. The installation of industrial aluminum alloy is usually a combination of multiple aluminum profiles of different specifications and accessories. The connectors need to have embedded holes, and the holes here need to be operated according to the design requirements with a professional punching machine.
3. Tapping for aluminum alloy processing. The combination of industrial aluminum profiles, accessories, and connectors inevitably uses bolts, nuts, screws, etc., and these wires need to be tapped.
4. Milling groove for aluminum alloy processing. In order to facilitate the assembly of other spare parts in the later stage, we usually mill grooves on the surface of the aluminum alloy to ensure the assembly of other spare parts and save work efficiency.
